Uptown’s remarkable transformation began with incredible visionary leaders and continues under the direction of a 30-member Board of Directors. Uptown is proud to note many signature projects that have helped reshape the area such as the renovation of the Springer Opera House, the addition of the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, enhanced streetscapes, the creation of RushSouth Whitewater Park, new art installations, pocket parks, and more.

Uptown has become a prime destination for shopping and is home to the most creative and unique dining experiences in the city.
