Dear Columbus,

It is my privilege to serve as the President and CEO of Uptown Columbus, Inc. and the Uptown Columbus Business Improvement District. My connection to Uptown runs deep, as I have been part of the fabric of the Uptown community for nearly 30 years.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping to shape some of the community’s most significant projects and destinations. I was involved in the construction and development of the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts and later played a key role in the development of the Columbus State University RiverPark campus. These experiences provided me with a unique understanding of the importance of thoughtful planning, collaboration, and investment in creating vibrant spaces that bring people together.

I bring more than 30 years of experience in event management, operations, facilities, transportation, and organizational leadership. My background includes overseeing major civic and cultural venues, managing large-scale sports and entertainment complexes, and serving in senior leadership at Columbus State University, where I gained extensive experience managing complex operations, facilities, transportation, and event services.

At Uptown Columbus, we are committed to working alongside our community partners, businesses, residents, and stakeholders to strengthen economic vitality, enhance public safety, and create meaningful experiences that make Columbus a destination. Through collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to our people, we are building upon the strong foundation that makes Uptown the heartbeat of our community.

I believe our greatest accomplishments are still ahead of us, and I look forward to continuing this journey together as we create a vibrant, welcoming, and thriving Columbus.
